Lead Front-end Developer |
- Supporting the Lead Full Stack Developer in guiding and coordinating the work of the UI development team to meet product requirements and achieve our project goals.
- Using your technical experience to ensure the UI team's approach is consistent with best practice for React and Next.js web applications.
- Supporting the development team by identifying and resolving impediments and technical issues.
- Contributing significantly to the development and unit testing effort through hands-on coding and solution implementation, including through proof-of-concept work to guide the UI team.
- Conducting code reviews to ensure requirements have been met, code conforms with standards, issues are rectified, and coverage of unit testing is acceptable.
- Taking ownership for the quality of your code and demonstrating how requirements have been met.

- 5+ years of React Development experience.
- 2+ years with Ethereum or similar platforms.
- 3+ years of Typescript or JavaScript.
- You must have experience working for a crypto and blockchain tech company.

Back-end Developer |
- As a Back End Developer you'll collaborate with the Lead Engineer to develop scalable and secure architectures within the core product, a software application for
MSPs that enables them to manage and monitor Microsoft 365 security across multiple tenants and update security policy within seconds.
- You'll focus on back end development using PowerShell 7 within an Azure Serverless Architecture. This is a senior, hands-on role where you'll be able
to contribute to technical discussions and decision making, progressing your career in line with company growth.

- You're a back end focussed software engineer

- You have SaaS experience with a good knowledge of Azure

Full-stack Developer |
- This role is very hands-on with coding so you will need to be comfortable getting stuck in.
- Design highly scalable software solutions to improve functionality and system longevity.
- Work with technical business analysts and solution architects to fine tune requirements and ensure that developer tasks and Jira tickets are feasible to deliver.
- Translate designs and wireframes into high quality code.
- Develop new user-facing features using frameworks such as React.js. Other frameworks will be considered.
- Write front-end components using JavaScript, CSS and integrate with back-end Python components (possibly other languages).
- Develop modules that satisfy the functional and non-functional requirements.
- Coordinate deployments with Release Manager and monitor for successful integration.
- Prepare, review and build reusable components and front-end libraries.
- Participate in the maintenance and improvement of existing applications.
- Optimise microservices for maximum performance.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation within the team.

- At least 5 years’ experience of coding Python and 3+ years using the Django framework (other frameworks will be considered).
- At least 3 years’ experience of coding in a front-end capacity (preferably React but other frameworks will be considered).
- At least 1 year’s experience line management of developer(s) and contributing towards the success of their growth.
- Microservices and using related tools – e.g., Docker, Docker Compose, Kubernetes, logstash and using messaging tools e.g. Rabbit MQ, Apache Kafka.
- Databases – e.g., SQL, PostgreSQL.
- RESTful API development and management.
- Solid understanding of DevOps tooling, GitLab, CI/CD, Jenkins, build pipelines and source control systems.
- Working knowledge of cloud infrastructure services: compute, storage, networking, hybrid connectivity, monitoring/logging, security and IAM.
- Knowledge of other languages (e.g., C#, C) a plus.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Implement software enhancements and suggest improvements.
